The Vision

I was tasked with reimagining the rooftop experience through a program that resonates with the emotional journey of the guest. The result was a structured narrative that transitions from the airy, mineral notes of the Coast to the bold, decadent profiles of the Metropolis.

The Design

Beyond the menu, I was integral in the construction bar design. I focused on the technical intersection of aesthetics and ergonomics, ensuring the physical layout could support the high-volume demands of a premier rooftop destination while maintaining luxury service standards.

The Program at a Glance

Menu Architecture: Four distinct sensory landscapes—Coast, Cascades, Metropolis, and Vista (Non-Alcoholic).

Signature Craft: Highlights include the Reflections Martini (modern refinement) and the Summit, served in custom-commissioned ceramics.

Culinary Synergy: Designed a cohesive flow between the bar and kitchen, pairing spirit-driven cocktails with shareable, high-concept plates like A5 Wagyu Spiedini and Caviar Bumps.
