My journey in the world of mixology began with a strong foundation in hospitality, where I honed my skills in various departments, from public relations to the heart of the bar. This early exposure ignited a passion for crafting exceptional beverage experiences, leading me to pursue opportunities in internationally acclaimed bars like PS40 and This Must Be The Place. I further refined my expertise as the regional Manager of Bars & Mixology at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, where I implemented innovative programs and elevated beverage standards across the hotel. My dedication and creativity culminated in my role as the Director of Bars & Beverage at the Rosewood Miramar, where I had the privilege of overseeing all beverage operations and curating unforgettable experiences for discerning guests. Today, I continue to push boundaries and set new standards in the industry, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a desire to share my passion with the world.

 
Well, the cat’s out of the bag. Next week will be my last as the face of The Macallan. It’s been an incredible journey and I’m beyond grateful for the amazing people I’ve worked with in Canada and around the world.
