Four Seasons Whistler
The Memoir

For this concept I collaborated with 3dVault from Italy to create glassware tailored to each cocktail's profile and its storytelling, as well as with Kimura Glasses from Japan for their one-of-a-kind, hand-made pieces. Together with 3dVault, I developed an experimental cocktail menu that conveys memories and feelings through touch — in the paper itself and the materials used.

The Concept

Every cocktail begins as a memory — a feeling, a moment, a fragment of time that refuses to fade. The Memoir gathers these memories and retells them in liquid form, tracing the small miracles and turning points that shape who we become. Each drink is a story waiting to be rediscovered — an invitation to pause, to feel, and to remember that every sip carries the echo of a life well lived.

An example — Pajamas 'Till Noon. A riff on a Negroni with amaretto, banana bread, and coffee beans, it beautifully captures a rare sense of no urgency. The shape of the glass echoes a curtain drifting in the air as the morning breeze slips into the room — the glass still resting on a pillow, because you're not quite ready to leave it. Slow, unhurried, and entirely yours: a moment to savour the sweetness of time unfolding.
