The Project: I launched an exclusive residency series at The ROOF, turning one of LA’s most iconic vistas into a temporary home for the world’s most celebrated cocktail programs. Every three months, we invite a legendary institution from the World’s 50 Best Bars list to take over the space for 48 to 72 hours.

This isn't just a guest shift; it’s a full sensory immersion. The visiting bar teams transport their signature techniques, unique ingredients, and distinct hospitality to West Hollywood, offering guests a rare chance to experience global excellence without leaving the city.

The Inaugural Edition: On March 26 & 27, 2026, we kicked off the series with Bar Mauro (No. 54 in the World, No. 14 in North America). For two nights, the essence of their award-winning program was recreated against the backdrop of the LA skyline by Ricardo and Eduardo Nava.
